I think I am getting the above error message as my squeezebox player (although it works fine) does not show up in the server settings when viewing the 'Basic' tab within the LMS settings:

' Your player was not found.

If you own a Squeezebox or Transporter:

Make sure that your player is plugged in and its networking settings are correct. Click the Refresh button once your player is connected."


I am running 'Toolbox 3.0' firmware modifications on my SBT. Could this be why my device is not discoverable from the LMS? Toolbox 3.0 disables many of the features of the SBT and LMS I know. Without the device being discovered by both the LMS and the ickstream server, I see that the TIDAL app does not appear, all I have is ickstream app under 'my apps'

Ok, disregard... even though I have these error message et al when viewing the LMS server on my pc, I just went to the SBT and pathed my way through to myapps/ickstream/tidal

Tidal is there. Now I just have to connect up a CC and GTK.. so I guess ickstream is not 'bothered' by Toolbox 3.0...
