I cannot get plugin to work on LMS under Vortexbox 2.3. Plugin launches, but under "Home>IckStream" message displayed "Please login to ickStream Music Platform in Settings/Advanced/ickStream in LMS web interface". Settings shows that LMS is logged in. When I access IckStream, Tidal service is shown as active. Refresh, restart, or reboot does not help.

Did you register with ickstream when you first installed it? Ickstream will send you a confirmation email that you need to acknowledge.

I did discover that my registration was incomplete. However, I completed the registration earlier today, and received the email. I still get the same message/behavior.

Does "Settings->Advanced->ickStream" still ask you to confirm a license? Did you try to do that again?
If not, have you tried "register all players"? Does that help.?

"Settings>Advanced>IckStream" tells me I am logged onto the account.
I have tried "register all players" but no effect. Players are listed as remote controlled players, but players are not listed under "Registered Players"

Any errors in server.log file of LMS after you have clicked the re-register all players button ?

Yes, there are errors in the log.

As background, I have two computers running VortexBox. I have 3 players (CAPSVortexBox, Media Room Vortexbox, and House Audio Vortexbox). CAPSVortexBox player is configured on one of the computers. Media Room VB and House Audio VB are on a second computer.

Is it intentional that your Vortexbox servers are logged in to ickStream using different accounts ?

Did you copy any preference files between the computers ?

I'm asking because the player devices are supposed to get unique identities on each computer but in your setup it looks like they get the same identity and this causes a problem since it looks like one account tries to "steal" devices from the other account. One reason they could get the same identities would be if you have copied the ickstream.prefs file manually between the computers.

I would suggest that you delete the ickstream.prefs file on both Vortexbox computers and start over and see if you get the same problem. Before you start over I would suggest that you goto https://cloud.ickstream.com and select the "Devices" section and delete all devices in both your accounts, this way we can be sure that the devices isn't blocked because they are already registered by another account. If you don't intentionally created two accounts I would suggest that you use the same ickStream account on both computers. Let us know if you want us to remove your current accounts completely so you can start over with a single account.
