icstream login failure

Trying activate ickstream for LMS app. Every time I try to log in, I get the error message below.Is this something on my end or ickstreams?


HTTP Status 500 - com.ickstream.protocol.common.exception.ServiceException: Error: -32001, Message: -32001: javax.persistence.NonUniqueResultException: result returns more than one elements

Which authentication provider did you use when registering ?
Is it ok if we delete your account to see if it works better if you try again ?

Tried ickstream and Tidal.

False alarm. I got so far as to the Welcome to ickstream! page. But it still needs me to login and when I try to do so I get the original error message again.

Can you try to login again and see if it works now ?

For some reason you got two different accounts and this causes issues, I've deleted one of them now and hopefully that makes it work correctly.

Ah, well somehow I got it to work. Currently streaming Tidal ica ickstream app through LMS.
